1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or attending the India International Ayurveda and Wellness Expo & Summit 2026 (the "Event"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not register for or attend the Event.

2. Event Registration

All registrations must be completed online through our official website
Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable
Participants must provide accurate and complete information during registration
Special category registrations (students, practitioners) must provide valid proof of eligibility
We reserve the right to verify all submitted documents and reject applications that do not meet eligibility criteria

3. Payment Terms

All fees must be paid in Indian Rupees (INR)
Payments are processed through our secure payment gateway (Razorpay)
Registration is confirmed only upon successful payment and receipt of confirmation email
All fees include applicable taxes (GST) as mentioned during registration

4. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to:

Conduct themselves professionally and respectfully
Follow all venue rules and regulations
Wear their event badges at all times during the event
Not engage in any illegal, offensive, or disruptive behavior
Respect intellectual property rights of speakers and exhibitors

We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates these conduct standards without refund.

5. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or venue unavailability.

6. Event Changes

We reserve the right to:

Modify the Event schedule, speakers, or program
Change the Event venue or format
Cancel or postpone the Event if necessary
Substitute speakers or sessions without prior notice

In case of Event cancellation, participants will be notified and refund policies will apply as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Exhibitor and Sponsor Terms

Exhibitors and sponsors must comply with all booth setup and display regulations.
Exhibitors are responsible for their own products, materials, and booth staff.
We reserve the right to remove any exhibit or material deemed inappropriate.
