Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all registrations for the India International Ayurveda and Wellness Expo & Summit 2026 scheduled for January 23-25, 2026 at Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Indoor Stadium, Taleigao, Goa.

2. Delegate Registration Cancellations

No refund or transfer permitted. All delegate registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.

2.1 Free Registration Categories

Participants registered under free categories (AYUSH college students from Goa and registered practitioners with Goa Council) are not eligible for refunds as no payment was made.

3. Exhibitor Booth Cancellations

No refund available. All exhibitor booth bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.

4. Event Cancellation by Organizers

In the unlikely event that we must cancel or postpone the event due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), participants will have the following options:

Important: In case of event cancellation by organizers, we are not liable for any travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred by participants.

5. Refund Process

5.1 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund (applicable only in case of event cancellation by organizers), please:

  1. Send an email to info.iiawexposummit@gmail.com with subject line "Refund Request - [Your Registration ID]"
  2. Include your full name, registration ID, and reason for cancellation

6. Registration Transfers

Registration is non-transferable. All registrations are specific to the individual or organization that completed the registration and cannot be transferred to any other party.

7. No-Show Policy

Participants who register but do not attend the event (no-show) are not eligible for any refund.

8. Modification of Schedule or Program

Changes to the event schedule, speakers, or program content do not qualify for refunds. We reserve the right to modify the program as needed while maintaining the overall value and quality of the event.

9. Payment Gateway Charges

All refunds are subject to deduction of payment gateway charges (typically 2-3% of transaction amount) as these are non-refundable fees charged by the payment processor.

10. GST and Tax Refunds

GST (Goods and Services Tax) paid during registration is remitted to the government and is non-refundable. Only the base registration fee (minus applicable deductions) will be refunded.

11. Disputes

Any disputes regarding refunds or cancellations shall be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Goa, India.
